Context

A legacy donations portal with friction at every touchpoint.

Grupo Boticário's ESG Donations Portal was the channel through which NGOs requested products from the distribution center. The legacy process took 2 to 3 months between request and delivery, a mismatch that hurt both operations and social impact.

I led an end-to-end redesign: research with NGOs and internal operators, Design Sprints with logistics, ESG, legal and engineering, rapid prototyping, usability testing, accessibility improvements, and continuous performance analysis.
