Turning WhatsApp into a strategic sales channel for 4,000+ stores across 1,650 cities, insourcing systems and 4×'ing conversion.

The solution had to be better than personal WhatsApp, integrated with store ops and interruption-proof: cart management, online payment, order tracking and daily missions, all in one place.
"Brazil's most intimate channel became a serious sales channel, without losing the warmth of conversation."
